The company Croes van Dam coaches and advises organisations. It operates from a repurposed industrial site at the edge of the city of Haarlem, The Netherlands. Housed in a former warehouse, the overwhelming dimensions of the interior provide a spectacular showcase of the building’s industrial heritage. As group coaching sessions are organized in several of the large spaces, effective sound control is of great importance.

Three Round&Round 120XL luminaires therefore were installed, totalling an impressive 33 square meters (355 square feet) of sound absorbing foam. This way less energy is needed to understand each other, focussing on getting strong coaching results instead.
